Americas IT Operations Leader - Incident & Delivery

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Regional IS Operations Manager to lead IS operations within the AMER region. Your responsibilities will include managing service delivery, overseeing major incidents, and maintaining stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in information systems and have at least 6-8 years of IT Operations experience, including a strong understanding of ITSM processes. Fluency in English is required.
