**About the Role**
- This position has the responsibility to analyze, define, develop, document and maintain the manufacturing and assembling processes for HPRO NPD industrialization.
- This position also has the responsibility to improve and optimize HPRO existing productions that are carried out in Tijuana factory.
- Following and meeting our strategy and core values and at the same time strive to reach our targets and KPI. Individual success is measured through participation in teamwork and steady contribution to the creation and maintenance of flexible, effective and profitable AME projects
**What You Will Do
- Participate in NPD projects with high focus on DFM&A and the areas related to manufacturing process and technology, drive best practice for manufacturing from design early involvement.
