Ensure the profitability of Nemak through the correct design and implementation of the manufacturing process.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Ensure the initial manufacturing plan and take part of the feasibility research.
- Ensure robust manufacturing system to meet the required production volume.
- Lead the engineering processes.
- Validation the effectivity of the manufacturing system
- Ensure delivery of production equipment on time
- Collaborate in the development and innovation of manufacturing system.
**Profile requirements**:
- Education: Mechanical Engineer and Administration, Mechatronic Engineer, Systems Engineer
- Languages: Fluent English
- Experience: More than 5 years in Manufacturing processes, Production, Personnel administration, Budget management, Tooling
- Technical skills: Budget development, Knowledge of APQP / PPAP / MSA / GD&T, AutoCAD, Solidworks
