In People Tech, we develop global HR products for AB InBev, supporting the entire employee population. With a strong platform mindset, we aim to accelerate delivery by reusing components, designing consistent experiences, and connecting with the platform team to drive efficiency and impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product development cycle: discovery, definition, execution, delivery and support.
- Backlog creation & management: Clarify the requirements and translate business needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, prioritize the backlog together with the stakeholders, and build a roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive Product Delivery and Value: Ensure that deliveries meet expectations, iterating based on feedback and performance, and fostering continuous improvement in the squad.
