About the Role
We are looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Specialist to identify, validate, and develop high-potential products for Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process—from product research and validation to supplier sourcing, product development, and profitability analysis.
- Make data-driven decisions independently, requiring strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Product Research
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential products across Amazon marketplaces (US/CA/AU/EU/UK/JP/SG).
- Analyze search volume, pricing, costs, and profitability (ROI, net margin, FBA fees).
- Evaluate competition, including customer reviews, pricing strategies, ratings, review count, and brand dominance.
- Track trends and identify emerging product niches.
- Collect, organize, and present data using Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, or Canva.
