We are looking for a strong self sufficient Amazon Connect Engineer, possibly from a software or a cloud background who is looking to further their expertise in contact center technologies, in particular Amazon Connect.
You should have some level of prior experience configuring and implementing Amazon Connect solutions where you worked as a senior individual contributor or have led a small team of junior developers.
