Requirements

• Amazon Connect Developer with 5–8 Years experience.
  
• Strong experience in contact center application development and support.
  
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing Amazon Connect (AC) contact flows, Amazon Lex chatbots, and AWS Lambda functions.
  
• Strong development experience in Java or Node.js, with the ability to design and develop REST and SOAP-based APIs.
  
• Good understanding of AWS services, architecture, and the broader AWS ecosystem.
