About the Role
We're seeking an Amazon Growth Manager to own and accelerate the growth of our Amazon business. This role is responsible for driving unit sales, revenue, and profitability across the catalog by identifying demand opportunities, removing growth constraints, and deploying the right levers across traffic, conversion, pricing, and advertising.
This is not an ads-only role. Paid media is one tool within a broader growth strategy that includes catalog health, keyword expansion, conversion optimization, inventory alignment, and margin discipline.
You will operate as a strategic partner to leadership, helping determine where and how we invest to grow profitably on Amazon.
