As a key member of the Field Operations team, you will be responsible for traveling within a 150-250 mile radius from Monday to Friday, handling system troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades. Your expertise will directly influence security across over 9,000 properties nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance and critical repairs
• Assist in planning and system commissioning with installations
• Organize service calls for efficient workflow
• Develop strong customer relationships through support and training
• Complete accurate documentation of services rendered
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License and availability for weekly travel
• 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience
