JOB PURPOSE The position is responsible for providing legal support to the corporate finance function at GMR Group, specifically handling debt, project finance, and equity transactions. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and ensuring the closure of legal documents related to financing agreements, security creation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The incumbent will support the legal team in managing the intellectual property portfolio, providing general corporate legal advisory, and handling various legal matters related to concessionaires, joint ventures, and business verticals. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Support Financing Transactions Assist the Manager/Head Legal in managing group-wide funding transactions, including debt, project finance, and equity.
