Serco is supporting USACE in renovating the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.
The **Alternate Site Superintendent’s** primary role is to support the Primary Site Superintendent in providing on-site oversight and management of the J-Plant project and to perform as alternate or backup Site Superintendent when Primary Site Superintendent is off-site for rotation home. Project personnel work a nominal **8-week on, 3-week off rotation** .
