Alterations Specialists are responsible for completing all fittings and alterations to the high standards of David’s Bridal. They report to the Store Manager, exemplify friendly, knowledgeable technical expertise, and provide superior customer service as members of the store team.
Essential Job Functions
- Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person; communicate clearly and concisely, adapt style to suit customers, problem‑solve, and resolve conflict.
- Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five‑star customer experience.
- Maintain all service levels by being prepared, welcoming, meeting the needs, and being there for all customers, including operational checklist tasks and meeting customers’ emotional and practical needs.
