Alpine F&B Lead for Luxury Hotel & Events

Hotel du Parc in Zermatt is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining operations across the hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and commercial performance of our food and beverage offerings, adapting services to seasonal needs, and leading a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will bring operational F&B experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German or French is a plus. This permanent position offers a full-time workload with shift work required.
