As an Allstate Sales Agent, you’ll grow your own book of business, build strong relationships in your community, and help people protect what matters most. This is a hybrid role that combines onsite interaction with flexible work arrangements based on business needs.
About the Role
This is a commission‑based position where your earnings reflect your sales performance. Average earners make between $70,000 and $120,000 annually, with uncapped commissions and quarterly incentives. Day‑one access to a flexible benefits plan and an employer‑matched RRSP after 90 days are also provided.
