**ALLOCATION ANALYST**
The planning team at Helly Hansen is responsible for connecting customer demand with supply decisions, enabling the business to deliver with greater agility while creating clearer alignment across Commercial, Product, Finance and Supply Chain within Helly Hansen. We are an integrated planning function with end-to-end ownership of forecasting, supply, and inventory processes for the whole company, serving as the central hub for alignment and decision-making.
The Allocation Planning team oversees strategic inventory deployment across channels, leads in-season allocation decisions, monitors performance KPIs, and resolves allocation exceptions. As an Allocation Analyst, you will play a key role in minimizing inventory levels and optimizing cash flow across the company.
