Duties
- Recommend, take orders and serve wines and other beverages.
- Recommend food and beverage pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist in arranging wine dinner events including contract preparation, wine sales proposal and menu wine pairing.
- Manage and update wine lists, maintain accurate wine sales records and control stock levels for the restaurant.
- Provide high standards and professional services to meet guests' expectations.
