**Position Requirement**
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+) are a plus.
Able to communicate in English.
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician or in a related IT operations role.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking (Cisco, Juniper), and power/cooling systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting techniques for hardware and network issues.
Familiarity with data center management software and monitoring tools.
Able to work on-site in Queretato, Mexico 100% of the time.
Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, or be on-call as part of a rotation schedule.
Must hold Mexican citizenship.
