- Algorithm Development & Iteration: Lead the development and optimization of the company’s core matching/trading algorithms and marketing algorithms to ensure the continuous growth of key performance indicators (KPIs) across relevant business scenarios.
- User Experience & Business Growth: Leverage algorithmic capabilities to continuously enhance user experience and drive business performance.
- End-to-End Model R&D: Independently manage the entire model lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Business Insight & Optimization: Dive deep into product and business workflows, identify deficiencies in models and strategic mechanisms through data analysis, and propose actionable, driving-to-delivery improvement plans.
