Airport Passenger Support (Freelance) – The role focuses on providing information and support to airline passengers during significant flight disruptions at Alicante Airport. It is a non‑sales, professional representation position on an on‑call basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the operations team when a flight disruption exceeding 3 hours occurs.
• Travel to the Alicante Airport arrivals area promptly upon notification.
• Distribute informational flyers to affected passengers and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
• Maintain a reassuring, friendly, calm, and professional presence while communicating with passengers.
