Your Role & Responsibilities
When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.G., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.
Respond on short notice: travel to Barcelona Airport arrivals area when notified.
Inform passengers: distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
Be a reassuring presence: communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
