Airfreight Operations & Carrier Liaison

Link-Worldwide in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is seeking to hire an individual for a role focused on coordinating with local carriers and vendors to ensure high service performance and adherence to service parameters.
The candidate will also assist with clerical tasks, maintain relationships with carriers, and support daily GPN activities.
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a High School Degree with relevant experience in airline or logistics sectors.
Proficiency in English is necessary, with knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese being desirable.
