Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Top Aces

Elevate military aviation standards as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician with Top Aces. This role requires expertise in airframe, avionics, or structural maintenance for military aircraft.
As a key member of the team, you’ll report to a Crew Chief or Lead and ensure aircraft readiness through compliance with safety policies and procedures. Your hands-on role involves identifying parts, maintaining records, and troubleshooting issues on-site. You will support the high standards that Top Aces champions in defense training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aircraft maintenance tasks per policy standards
• Identify and order necessary aircraft parts
• Complete accurate computer entries and documentation
• Report safety and maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a tidy and safe work area
