Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance staff to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in AC maintenance, preferably in hotel settings
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures.
- NCII Certification in Air Conditioning or Maintenance Engineering is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
