Position Overview
Execute the proper operation, monitoring, and management of air export and import shipments, in accordance with the established operational and administrative guidelines and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage air import and export shipments based on the contracted service, including scheduling logistics services such as pickup/delivery, warehousing, cross-docking, customs clearance, and international freight with various vendors, agents, and overseas offices.
- Oversee shipment costing and invoicing, ensuring accurate financial processing.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, agents, and overseas partners regarding shipment progress, while proactively identifying issues and presenting solutions that may require escalation.
