Air Freight Expert — Customer-First Operations

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Expert AFR (OAM) in Bogotá to administer Air Freight operations and provide top-notch customer service. You'll manage document compliance, ensure timely transport orders, and be the first point of contact for customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of air regulations and incoterms, at least one year of experience in air freight forwarding, and the ability to build relationships with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Cargo Wise is preferred.
