JOBDESCRIPTION
- Install air conditioning systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of airconditioning units.
- Carry out on-site preventive servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
- Clean, check, and repair air conditioning units, including warranty servicing.
- Diagnose faulty air‑conditioning systems and equipment to identify root causes and replace defective components.
- Improve air quality and system efficiency by cleaning cooling coils (Chemical Wash / Steam Cleaning).
- Ensure drain pipes are free from dust and dirt and functioning properly.
- Perform repair work promptly and efficiently.
- Submit daily service and maintenance reports.
- Ensure all work complies with appliance standards and Workplace Safety & Health regulations.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
