Ai/Ml Software Principal Engineer

As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer s business goals, needs and general business environment. You will work with product management, other engineering teams, customer success and support on developing cutting edge new product features and enhancements across various areas of Boomi offerings. This role is within the Advanced Support Engineering team which is uniquely positioned with responsibilities in both customer support as well as in software development. The team is responsible for Tier 3 customer support cases. As part of this role, you will investigate the most challenging customer issues, perform deep investigation into the product code base to identify root cause and assist with resolution of issues.
