AI/ML Developer, IT

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000

This is a senior, hands‑on developer role that will help shape our AI strategy and build the first generation of AI‑powered tools on our existing technology platform. The role is applied development, focusing on building solutions on top of established foundation models and managed cloud AI services. It is a hybrid position with alternating days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new AI‑powered features and integrate them into existing applications and workflows.
• Develop retrieval‑augmented (RAG) pipelines, agent‑and‑tool‑calling workflows, and orchestration over internal documents and data.
• Fine‑tune hosted/managed models on company data where it delivers measurable value, including data preparation, evaluation, and guarding against overfitting and data leakage.
