AI/ML Automation Engineer III — AIOps & GenAI Lead

Astreya is seeking an experienced AI/Automation engineer in Kuala Lumpur to contribute to the AI roadmap and design scalable automation solutions. You will work with engineering and data teams to develop AI agents, runbooks, and MLOps components, serving as SME for AIOps and IT process automation.

You will lead the evaluation of open-source LLMs, fine-tuning, and integration, while building data-driven features for IT operations, anomaly detection, and capacity planning.
