The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a global technology company to look for an experienced AI Transformation Program Manager who can lead AI adoption across the teams by driving change management, managing cross-functional programs, gathering and prioritizing product feedback, influencing non-technical stakeholders.
The Talent
- 1-2 years of technical program management experience.
- Strong programming skills ( Python or similar).
- Experience shipping code in collaborative engineering environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, automation, or API-based AI applications.
- Strong product and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and change across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of agentic systems, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration frameworks.
