• Collaborate with the Business Engagement Lead to understand the business use case and translate requirements into a robust technical solution.
• Coordinate with the remote POD team (a dedicated group of engineers) to drive successful implementation of the solution.
• Lead the pod’s day-to-day development and technical decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the POD team, ensuring alignment with solution architecture and delivery goals.
• Translate product objectives into implementation plans and sprint goals.
