Responsibilities
- Deconstruct messy real-world workflows (sales, marketing, product, or support ops) into automated, reliable systems.
- Build and deploy agentic systems, including agents, automations, internal tools, and data pipelines.
- Develop and rebuild complex products such as AI app builders, reporting dashboards, and internal operations platforms.
- Manage technical plumbing, including integrations, data models, and tracking systems.
- Reason commercially to identify and fix the root causes of business process failures.
Requirements
- Deep hands‑on experience with agentic/AI engineering (building with LLMs, agent frameworks, memory, and orchestration).
- Expertise in automation tools such as n8n (strongly preferred), Make, or Zapier for complex, branching builds.
