AI Strategy & Value Realization Architect

Holcim seeks an AI Strategy and Portfolio Manager to architect and steer the organization’s AI ecosystem. You will align initiatives with corporate strategy, manage from strategy through governance to real business value, and serve as the interface between technical teams and executives.

You will oversee a small team, drive cross-functional collaboration across GDS, Product, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics and Sustainability, and champion responsible AI adoption company-wide.
