Job Responsibilities

Lead AI product development end-to-end, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and delivery.

Architect, maintain, and optimize AI systems, including troubleshooting complex issues and driving performance improvements.

Collaborate with developers, data scientists, designers, and product managers, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Establish and enforce best practices for unit tests, integration tests, and technical documentation.

Lead code reviews and help shape engineering standards across the team.

Track emerging AI technologies and proactively evaluate and introduce new tools and techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
