ibex. is seeking a highly articulate and technically proficient AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This role includes configuring and deploying voice-based AI agents using our existing platform, with a focus on backend/API integration and persona/context tailoring. This is a solution delivery position where you’ll act as a bridge between clients, conversational AI capabilities, and technical backends:
- Ideal candidate must be comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical actions within the platform
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
