What We’re Looking For

Backend development experience (Python preferred)

Strong experience in real-time communication or streaming systems

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems design

Solid understanding of database design

Experience leading technical architecture discussions and solution delivery

Business-level Japanese & English
