Join our team as an AI Readiness Specialist to accelerate enterprise AI adoption by ensuring teams and infrastructure are prepared for the demands of advanced AI initiatives. In this hands‑on role, you will enable organizational readiness across Cisco’s six critical pillars and drive implementation of Cisco’s modular AI PODs to support secure, scalable, and efficient AI workloads. Assess AI readiness using Cisco’s global framework (Strategy, Infrastructure, Data, Governance, Talent, and Culture). Deploy, configure, and optimize Cisco AI PODs, enabling rapid onboarding and operational scaling of AI workloads in on‑premises and hybrid environments. Work closely with engineering and IT teams to integrate PODs with enterprise infrastructure and workflows for real‑world AI applications.
