Databricks is seeking a Sales Dev AI Program Manager to own outcomes, inspection, and metric design for an AI-first prospecting program spanning the GTM organization. You will design operating mechanisms, executive cadences, and risk oversight to drive adoption and performance.
You will collaborate with AI Ops, Strategy Ops, Sales Programs, Marketing Ops, Enablement, GTM Analytics, and IT to elevate program effectiveness and scale AI-native prospecting across the team.
