Project: AI-Powered Project Agent for Regulated MedTech (MVP)
We are looking for an expert Python engineer to build an MVP Project Agent for a consultant working in EU Medical Device Regulation / Quality Management / Regulatory Affairs. The agent must ingest project communications and documents, run a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline, detect objective inconsistencies, and generate a daily German Word report (.docx) with source references for every statement.
This is a regulated environment. Accuracy, traceability, and no hallucinations matter more than creativity.
What the MVP must do
1) Data sources
Connect to 2 specific Outlook accounts via Microsoft Graph API (Inbox + Sent + project folders).
Ingest email threads and attachments.
Retrieve supporting project files from Google Drive (or similar drive) via API.
2) File types
Must handle: , .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx
Must support OCR for scans/images when needed.
