Role Overview
The AI & Process Automation Manager will own the discovery, design, and delivery of AI-driven automation across every business function. This is a cross-functional role embedded within Finance, Data, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and Product to identify where manual effort can be eliminated or reduced and to build automation that is technically sound and practically adopted. You will translate operational knowledge into robust, AI-enhanced solutions using tools such as n8n, LLM integrations, APIs, and custom scripting to move processes from manual to automated, from slow to instant, and from error-prone to reliable. You will also own the AI tooling strategy across the business, including chatbots, internal assistants, productivity tooling, and governance to ensure teams have access to AI capabilities that reduce workload and improve output quality.
