AI Ops Manager (Colombia)

MISSION

Empresa confidencial is a 42-property short-term rental portfolio across 5 markets (Maui, St. John USVI, Napa, Miami, Paris/South of France), operated by a fully remote Latin America-based team using Monday.com, Guesty, Slack, Make.com, and Claude/AI. We're hiring an AI-native operator who will own the health of our operations board, manage a team of 6 VAs, and ship AI tools that remove manual work from our daily workflow. This role reports directly to the CEO and functions as a hybrid: part operations manager, part AI builder, part executive assistant. When the business needs you to step in — answering a guest call, covering a VA gap, handling an urgent property management issue — you do it without hesitation.
