AI Ops Manager & Builder — Part-Time (Colombia)

MISSION

Bijou Getaways is a 42-property luxury short-term rental portfolio across 5 markets (Maui, St. John USVI, Napa, Miami, Paris/South of France), operated by a fully remote Latin America-based team using Monday.com, Guesty, Slack, Make.com, and Claude/AI.

We're hiring an AI-native operator who will own the health of our operations board, manage and lead a team of 6 VAs, and ship AI tools that remove manual work from our daily workflow. This role reports directly to the CEO and functions as a hybrid: part operations manager, part AI builder, part executive assistant.

Above all, we are hiring a problem solver. When something breaks— a guest is unhappy, a VA is out, a vendor goes dark, a system fails—you don't elevate it up and wait.
