AI-Native Platform CTO & Architect - Lead, Scale & Unify

Open English is seeking a hands-on CTO / Platform Architect to lead a greenfield buildout of a unified AI-native learning platform. You will own the architecture, consolidate legacy systems, and build a small, high-caliber engineering team in Latin America.

This role requires deep technical leadership, experience with enterprise integrations, AI-enabled development, and the ability to hire senior engineers while partnering with executive leadership.
