What You Will Do

• Build strong working relationships with PMO and delivery leadership to develop a deep understanding of how project management currently works across the organization — the tools, the processes, the gaps, and the frustrations
• Help define what a centralized PMO function should look like at Merkle — what standards, tools, and processes need to be in place, and what needs to change to get there
• Assess the current PMO toolset and identify where it is falling short — then work with the operations team to evaluate options and drive improvements
• Use AI tools to analyze how projects are being tracked and reported, surface inconsistencies, and recommend practical ways to standardize across teams
• Document current-state processes and requirements clearly so that the technical team can build or configure the right solutions
