AI-Native Business Analyst - PMO

Overview

Merkle is working to centralize and modernize how project and program management works across the organization. Right now the PMO function is fragmented — teams work in different ways, use different tools, and there is no single source of truth for how projects are being managed. This role exists to help change that. You will be the operations team's primary partner to the PMO — someone who sits close enough to understand what they need, can identify where the gaps are, and helps drive the tools, processes, and solutions that move them toward a more centralized, consistent way of working. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage projects. It is a role for someone who wants to help a function work better — and who knows how to use AI to get there.
