Role Overview

This AI Learning & Curriculum Lead sets the strategic vision and designs and delivers practical learning programs that build AI confidence while ensuring regulatory, risk, and data privacy expectations are met. This role blends instructional design expertise and AI fluency to create scalable learning programs that empower employees to confidently and safely use AI tools across the business. The role also works closely with learning colleagues to embed relevant AI concepts and use cases into broader professional development curricula, while supporting practical improvements in learning design, delivery, and scaling across the team.
