What you will own:

Establish and scale a world-class AI engineering function, built from inception

Design and deliver production-grade AI systems operating in complex, real-time environments

Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including model build, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation

Develop and scale autonomous workflows and intelligent automation, reducing manual intervention across operations

Build a platform-led approach to AI, enabling reusable, production-ready capabilities

Drive the evolution toward self-learning, self-healing systems powered by AI

Partner closely with stakeholders to translate strategy into executed, measurable AI outcomes
