Responsibilities
- Establish operational reliability for Companion across AKS infrastructure, AI agent workloads, monitoring systems, and deployment pipelines
- Build meaningful observability practices to understand platform behavior and operational risks
- Create sustainable operational hygiene around patching, CVE remediation, secrets rotation, and dependency management
- Strengthen platform resilience, documentation, and operational processes
- Monitor and maintain AKS infrastructure and support Azure services
- Investigate incidents and troubleshoot production issues
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and logging patterns using Azure Log Analytics and Application Insights
- Partner with security and engineering stakeholders to maintain compliance-aware practices in a HIPAA-regulated environment
