Essential Job Functions
Lead the operation of Arxada’s AI governance framework, ensuring clear lifecycle controls, ownership, and accountability across AI initiatives
Own and maintain a trusted AI system and agent inventory, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and alignment with governance expectations
Drive audit readiness by coordinating evidence collection and maintaining clear, structured, and up‑to‑date governance documentation
Run the weekly AI pipeline operating rhythm, including intake, prioritization, stage progression, action tracking, and escalation
Lead delivery of selected AI initiatives end‑to‑end, from scope definition through go‑live readiness and handover to operations
