AI-First Software Engineer for Internal Business Management Platform

About the Opportunity
We're building an internal, custom software platform to manage our entire consumer electronics and software business end-to-end. This greenfield tool will unify fragmented processes into a single, AI-powered system that drives efficiency, reduces manual work, and provides real-time visibility across the value chain.
You'll act as the lead (and potentially sole initial) engineer, using AI-native workflows (agentic tools, LLMs as co-pilots) to rapidly prototype and iterate—think shipping meaningful MVPs in weeks by leveraging AI for code generation, automation, and optimization.
The platform will cover:
Supplier sourcing and CRM
Demand planning & forecasting
Quality inspections & compliance
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Stage-gate product development processes
Inventory management & optimization
Supply chain visibility & risk alerts
